Crucolo Speck Fiocco - the central part of the tigh - is a charcuterie product prepared from pigmeat, smoked with beech wood and maturated. The taste of Crucolo Speck is pleasantly savory and slightly smoked. 

Ingredients: pig meat, salt, dextrose, spices, natural falvourings, preservatives: sodium nitrite (E250).
