Soft cheese produced with pasteurized milk with the addition of apples. It has a white or light-straw yellow, soft and buttery paste; few holes, sweet and delicate taste and a characteristic aroma.
Maturates in a short period of time, it has a cylindrical shape and a rind of white mould.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow milk, salt, rennet, apple flavor 0,7%, organic dried apples 0,6%, starter cultures.
